What to expect:

After visiting Tumpak Sewu, continue your adventure to Goa Tetes, a hidden cave with stunning natural rock formations. Hike through the valley to reach it, enjoying lush scenery and the serene river along the way. It’s a perfect spot to explore, bath, take photos, and feel the magic of East Java’s untouched landscapes.

How to get here:

After visiting Tumpak Sewu, don't go up but follow the river downstream for 10 minutes. There you will find more waterfalls where you can swim. Follow the path uphill and explore the small cave. Then follow the path uphill to the road and walk back to the car park.

You can also only visit this waterfall without Tumpak Sewu, if you come from the top.

Walking: 40mins (with Tumpak Sewu) plus 20mins up

Entrance: 50k from the top or 25k if you come from the Tumpak Sewu direction

Tips:

• This completes the Tumpak Sewu loop (walking time 1h).

• Bring clothes that can get wet.

• Bring a dry bag for your camera.

• Swimming for kids: not recommended
