What to expect:

You can see the colorful rice fields across the Sembalun valley with Mount Rinjani in the background - it’s one of the most stunning spots in Lombok. Perfect location for photos, , especially in the morning when the light is soft.

1h from Senaru / 2h from Tetebatu (with a scooter.)

The entry fee: IDR 20k

Short hike takes about 15 minutes to reach the top. It’s an easy walk, and once you arrive, the view is absolutely worth it!

They have parking area which is free for parking.

Tip:

If you want to hike to Mt Rinjani, Sembalun is also a great starting point for that adventure hike (but nothing for kids!).
