Escape the city and find yourself at this vibrant, retro-inspired beach resort on the serene tip of Lidingö island. You can spend your day lounging by one of the heated pools, enjoying cocktails at the beach club, or unwinding in a seaside sauna before taking a refreshing dip in the sea. I went there on a quiet winter day in the middle of the week, and it was pure peace with the place almost for myself.

There are 3 heated pools and two saunas, my favorite sauna is the one right by the Baltic Sea, where you can enjoy the view from inside and even take a cold plunge afterwards.

You can also grab some food at their restaurant, either before or after your wellness time, and stay overnight in the hotel if you want to make it a full getaway.

In summer, I imagine the place has a totally different vibe: sunbeds, a poolbar, and a lively energy. Whether you want quiet and calm or a vibrant seaside experience, Ellery Beach House is a beautiful spot to relax and recharge.
