This 6km circular walk starting in the quaint village of Ringmore is a beautiful route, filled with stunning sea views and a mix of coastal, woodland, and farmland landscapes.

The trail starts at the National Trust car park for Arymer Cove. It’s downhill to the cove and then a short but incredibly steep climb up the hill where you’ll be rewarded with views down to Challaborough Beach and across to Burgh Island. Continue on to Bigbury where you can enjoy some beach time, or grab a drink at the Venus Cafe or Pilchard Inn on the island if the tide is out, before working your way back through the fields to Ringmore.

This is a really great option for people who don’t want a walk that’s too long and strenuous, but gets the heart rate going a little with plenty of opportunity to stop for photo taking and refreshments.
