Mothecombe Beach, located in Devon’s South Hams is a gorgeous beach that offers crystal clear water and beautiful sandy shores.

It gets very popular in the summer due to the easy parking a short walk away, and how safe and swimmable the water is. The School House is a great spot just by the car park to grab a coffee, or lunch if you need a break from the beach.

The beach is not dog friendly from 1st May - 30th September, but outside of this it’s the perfect place to walk them, especially when the tide is low and you can walk all the way down the estuary.
