Built into a volcanic hillside by a Manrique-inspired architect, Lagomar looks like a Bond villain's lair crossed with a zen retreat. It was reportedly once owned by Omar Sharif (yes, the actor). The space is carved into the rock with terraces, pools, and hidden nooks. The 'museum' label doesn't do it justice — it's more of an experience than a visit. A hidden oasis on the island, where bright white walls contrast with lush greenery and a brilliant blue pool. Entry is free-roam, so explore at your own pace.
