Being one of the island's most iconic spots, it's always packed and the queue of cars waiting to get in feels endless. Arrive early and bring water — the wait will be in full sun. Once you reach the car park inside the park, a bus takes you on a full circuit through the craters and lava canyons. The audio guide is available in four languages, accessible to everyone. Inside the park you'll find a souvenir shop, the El Diablo restaurant with its volcanic grill, and geyser shows. It takes time and patience to get there — but it was absolutely worth it.
