One of those spots that doesn't appear on any tourist map but stays with you. Pasillo de Lúa is a quiet sunset viewpoint tucked in the Montaña Roja area — away from the crowds, with a wide open view over the ocean. No bars, no sunbeds, no infrastructure. Just you, the light, and the volcano behind you. Get there 20 minutes before sunset and stay until the sky goes dark.
