Teguise's Aloe Vera Museum

A small free museum right in the centre of Teguise that tells the story of aloe vera — its history, cultivation on volcanic soil, and uses in skincare and health. Four rooms with panels and a short video, done in 15 minutes. It's honest about what it is: part museum, part shop — but the shop is genuinely good. We did the visit and came out with an exfoliating clay mask with volcanic microcrystals and an aloe vera soap. The products are made with local ingredients and you won't find them easily elsewhere. Worth the stop, especially if you're already in Teguise for the market.
