Bream Head (Te Whara) Scenic Reserve park is a nature lover's paradise. Located in the Northland Region, the park boasts stunning coastal forests, as well as archaeological sites from 500+ years of Māori occupation. Home to diverse species including threatened birds and invertebrates, it is also renowned for its exceptional lizard population. The park includes the Te Whara ridge connecting two peaks, Matariki/Mt Lion and Te Whara, and is the perfect spot for hikers. The sights, sounds and smells of this beautiful region will leave you feeling refreshed and energised.
