This is one of my favourite places in Auckland! Fo Guang Shan is New Zealand's largest Buddhist Temples with beautiful grounds and a lovely vegetarian cafe. They often have events on as well as art and calligraphy exhibitions. The temple is free to enter and photography is allowed except inside the part of the temple for worship. Make sure to dress modestly with shoulders and knees covered. Visit in late October/Early November to see Cherry Blossoms!
