Eckbauer is a small summit offering one of the best panoramic views of the Wetterstein mountains. At the top, a few benches invite you to sit down, relax, and take in the stunning alpine scenery.

You can reach the summit on foot in about 1.5 hours from the parking area at the Olympic ski jump (the trail is well-maintained but steep in parts), or comfortably via the Eckbauer cable car (daily from 9 AM to 5 PM, €26 round trip for adults).
