One of the most magical sunrises you can chase in East Bali. I highly recommend arriving around 6:00 AM to fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning morning view of Mount Agung.

The area is very well maintained and absolutely worth visiting if you love landscapes and photography. Even in the afternoon or during sunset, the place still feels beautiful — although Mount Agung is often covered by clouds later in the day.

You can park downhill and take the shuttle bus up, or park uphill as well. Personally, I prefer parking below and doing a little hike because the journey feels more enjoyable and adding a bit of cardio 😆
