We stayed at THE STAY WAKKANAI for a night before heading to the port to take the ferry. It's very close to the ferry terminal and food places, making it very convenient. The accommodations were quite clean, and we highly recommend it. The hostel offers cozy rooms with a shared kitchen, lounge, and free WiFi.
