When I visited Furano Jingisukan Hitsuji no Oka, I was immediately taken by the fantastic views from the terrace seats. All the seating is outdoors, which really lets you soak in the natural beauty of the surrounding hills of Furano. The restaurant is located right on a campground, adding to its rustic charm. The main draw here is the delicious Jingisukan, a Hokkaido specialty of grilled lamb, which was cooked to perfection. The whole experience felt like a cozy, authentic slice of Hokkaido life.
