On the Day

1. Go to the rental counter in front of Onomichi Station

2. Present your reservation confirmation (if booked in advance)

3. Fill out a short rental form

4. Choose your bicycle and helmet

5. Staff will adjust the bike to your height and explain the route and return rules

Onomichi Station Front Rental Cycle does not sit directly on the cycling route. To begin the Shimanami Kaido, you will:

• Ride a short distance to the port

• Take a ferry to Mukaishima

• Start following the blue cycling line from there
