"Kinyujuku Workshop Kazahana is a cozy little spot in Kiryu where you can learn the art of silk weaving and dyeing. The entrance might feel unassuming, but inside, it’s full of warmth, history, and beautiful craftsmanship.

They offer beginner-friendly weaving classes where you can make your own silk scarf in just one day. From spinning silk threads to creating beautiful silk products like masks and scarves, this workshop is all about embracing the joy of working with silk. Plus, they've got some cool initiatives like reviving old spinning machines and experimenting with natural plant dyes.

Swing by for a unique hands-on experience with silk! (They don't have online reservations or tours so you just have to show up when they are open)
