Alpino Cambridge is set in a beautifully restored former post office and brings a lively slice of Italy to the heart of Cambridge. I used to come here quite often with my favourite foodie friends, and it was always one of those places where we’d order a lot and share everything. The menu goes far beyond the usual pizza and pasta—while those are excellent, my personal favourites are the beetroot carpaccio and the risotto. It’s the kind of place that feels perfect for a long dinner, whether you’re catching up with friends or enjoying a special night out.
