Gusto is one of my favourite waterfront restaurants in New Zealand. The views over Port Taranaki and the Tasman Sea are hard to beat, whether you're enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or dinner as the sun sets over the water. On warmer days, the outdoor deck is the place to be, while the large windows inside make it just as cosy when the weather isn't playing along. The menu focuses on fresh local ingredients, and it's one of those places where the food is matched by the scenery.
