Flat White is one of my absolute favourite places in Waihi Beach. Sitting right on the beachfront, it's the kind of place where you can settle in for a long lunch or simply enjoy a coffee while looking out over the ocean. I always find myself coming back for the shrimp cocktail, the beetroot salad and, if there's still room, the affogato for dessert. With great food, beautiful views and a relaxed beach atmosphere, it's a place that's hard to leave.
