Brienz is a village located in the Bernese Oberland by Lake Brienz.

There are many parking spaces along the main road, but they can fill up quickly. I like to park across from Migros at Parkplatz Rössliplatz. There are toilets there as well.

You can also get here by train from Luzern or Interlaken.

Brienz is famous for its Rothorn-Bahn.

I love visiting this place for an evening walk by the lake. Visit the famous Brunngasse Street, often called one of the most beautiful streets in Europe.

Visit the nearby Giessbach Waterfall, then enjoy a walk by the lake in Brienz.
