To reach Oeschinen Lake, first get to Kandersteg.

By car: Park your car at the gondola station.

By train: Kandersteg, Bahnhof station. Then it is a 15-minute walk to the gondola station.

Note: reserve a timeslot for your ascent online. You don’t need a timeslot for the return. A return ticket costs 36 CHF. Discounts apply. It’s best to buy tickets online to avoid long waits.

Once you arrive, it is an easy 25-minute walk to reach the lake directly.

I linked the circular hike for you. The first 30-40 minutes are challenging, but the overall experience is so worth it. If you don't have time or you want an easy day trip, then spending time by the lake is also quite an experience. Once you get to the lake, you can walk along the left-hand side of the lake for as long as you want, then return the same way, depending on your preference and how much time you have.
