The Aravina Surf Museum is an absolute must-visit if you’re into surf culture—or just keen to soak up some local history in a seriously stunning spot. Set inside the gorgeous Aravina Estate Winery (recently renovated btw), this museum does an amazing job of walking you through the history of surfing in the region. The displays are beautifully curated, with boards and memorabilia from all the different decades. It’s so cool to see how surf culture has evolved, especially in a place as iconic as the Margaret River region.

You could easily spend a good hour or two wandering through the collection, and then top it off with a cheeky wine tasting. It’s the perfect mix of culture and indulgence—so very Margaret River.

Unfortunately, it’s not a pet-friendly spot, but if you’re into surf vibes or just love learning something new while surrounded by lush vineyards, this is the place to be.
