Prevelly Caravan Park is an absolute dream spot if you’re heading to Margaret River—honestly, you couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s right near the beach, and when I say “near,” I mean walking distance to some of the region’s best surf spots, and just a stroll away from Gnarabup beach and nearby cafes.

The vibe is super relaxed, with travellers, and backpackers who are all just stoked to be there. The park has a good mix of powered and unpowered sites, and it’s really good value for Margaret River. Prices are generally $15–$20 per person for an unpowered site and a bit more if you’re after power. The facilities are basic but clean, and there’s plenty of space to spread out, so it never feels cramped.

It’s pet-friendly too, so if you’re road-tripping with your pup, they’ll be welcome here! The location also puts you close to some great little cafes and the iconic White Elephant Café if you’re after a coffee or brekkie by the beach.
