Point Roadknight is very special to me - I actually grew up here, and each morning we'd go down to the beach to enjoy the sunrise over the water. If you're an early riser, I'd recommend packing a rug, coffee and some swimmers to really enjoy this spot.

The beach also has a beautiful wooden fence line to hold back the rocks, which makes for a stunning photo.

Additional info:

Soapy Rocks, nestled between Anglesea Surf Life Saving Club and Point Roadknight along Victoria's Surf Coast, is renowned for its distinctive, smooth rock formations that appear "soapy" to the touch.

This 750m secluded beach offers visitors a tranquil spot to explore and photograph the unique geological features.

The area is accessible via the Surf Coast Walk, a 44km trail extending from Torquay to Fairhaven, with Soapy Rocks situated along the segment between Anglesea and Point Roadknight.
