Huskisson Beach is such a stunning spot, especially at sunrise when the sky lights up in soft oranges —it’s honestly magic. The water here is nice and calm, making it super popular with locals out for a morning paddle on their SUPs or walking their dogs along the shoreline. Parking is easy, so you can rock up and dive straight into the laid-back vibes.

There’s a lovely little walk around to the inlet, where the water is always so inviting, and if you’re up for a bit more of a wander, town is just a short stroll away. We did exactly that—parked at the beach, soaked up the views, and then walked into town for a coffee. It’s such a relaxed way to start the day.

The soft white sand and turquoise waters make this beach a total dream for a swim or just lazing on the beach. As for being pet-friendly, check the local signs—there are times when pups are welcome, and it’s the best seeing them run around and splash in the shallows.
