One of my favourite spots of the South West xx

Boranup Forest feels like you’re stepping into a totally different world. As soon as you hit the forest, it’s just you, the trees, and the sounds of nature all around – it’s an instant escape. The roads are well-maintained, so you don’t need a 4WD to get through, a 2WD is fine.

Make sure to pop by the lookout ; it has a carpark where you can pull up, chill, and soak in some epic views. But honestly, the real magic happens when you’re just driving through the forest. It’s such a peaceful vibe, and you’ll be surrounded by stunning greenery the whole way. Plus, keep your eyes peeled – there’s so much wildlife here! You'll probably see a couple emus haha

You can also camp nearby at the Boranup campground and Contos campground which is so stunning!

And if you're a surfer, Boranup is a popular break (not for beginners) and you'll need a 4WD to get there x
