The Weir is our favourite spot to hang when we just need a break from it all, but can't be bothered to drive too far. The dirt carpark is surrounded by trees and backs on to the river, which is easily accessible for a fresh water dip. Travellers often hang out here too!

This carpark is also central to a heap of walking tracks, with a bridge taking you to the other side of the river where you can explore the surrounding area!

I wouldn't recommend sleeping here, as the rangers are known to check.
