The White Elephant Café is hands down one of my favourites in the area—perfect for starting the day right. Parking’s a breeze, and it’s got this unreal local vibe with heaps of active energy in the mornings. We usually kick things off with a run or walk along the foreshore trail to Surfers Point and back. It’s such a stunning stretch, and if you’re feeling it, you can jump in for a quick swim before grabbing a well-deserved coffee. I brought my family here when they came to visit, and they loved the energy!!

The coffee here is really good, and the food is always on point—perfect brekkie fuel after a bit of exercise. If you’re in work mode, there’s a cozy indoor space where you can pop open your laptop and get a few things done while still soaking in the chilled-out atmosphere. The staff are lovely too—always smiling and super welcoming.

I’s dog-friendly, so bring your furry mate along to enjoy the vibe.
