The Honeyeater Lookout Walk in Conway National Park near Airlie Beach is a challenging but very rewarding 7.5km hike that offers stunning views over Cannonvale, Airlie Beach, and the Coral Sea. Starting from Kara Crescent, you can expect steep inclines and gravel terrain, making it a solid 2-3 hour return adventure.

The track has been recently upgraded, but I'd still recommend closed footwear due to loose gravel and rocks along the way. With a mix of challenging uphill sections and scenic bushland, this hike is perfect for experienced walkers looking for a bit of a workout with a breathtaking payoff at the lookout.
