Drive the loop in a clock-wise direction so that you start with hiking (while the energy is high) and you finish with the best experiences (whale and bird watching) at the end of the loop.
Most places look like this: you park, you have a short walk/trail, or you can extend it into a longer out-and-back hiking trip. You might want to go on a boat tour to see whales and puffins in Witless Bay.
If you're not sure whether you'll be able to fit everything in 2 days, you can omit some places, like La Manche, Chance Cove or Holyrood, I made those places as optional :)
