🐑 Selvallafoss (Sheep’s Waterfall)

Selvallafoss lies directly along Route 54 in the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, between Berserkjahraun lava field and Ólafsvík. There's a small parking on the south side of the road, with a short trail leading behind and around the waterfall, yes, you can walk behind it! It’s a roadside stop, no hike needed, just a small easy walk.

📅 Best Time of the Year to Visit:
Accessible year-round, but best from May to September when sheep roam freely and the landscape is green. In winter, water flow can freeze partially and trails may be icy.
