Johnston Canyon Campgroundđď¸
A forested campground on the Bow Valley Parkway. Right across the road from the Johnston Canyon Trailhead. Peaceful at night and perfect for hitting the canyon early before the crowds, or other trails in the area. Pack bear spray and store food properly - this is a wildlife corridor.

TIPS FROM DEV, LINKS & SAFETY
The Bow Valley Parkway is a high bear activity area! Always keep your distance from wildlife, carry bear spray, travel safely.
The campground is popular in the summer, so I highly recommend to reserve in advance through Banff Camping
Great home base for nearby trails like Johnston Canyon, Silverton Falls, Moose Meadows, Ink Pots, Castle Mountain, Rockbound Lake and more.
