Glacial Lake & Mountain Vistas!đď¸đ§
Bow Lake is one of those places where you don't have to try. Pull in, walk a minute to the shore, and youâve got that unreal turquoise water with Crowfoot Mountain and Bow Glacier sitting right behind it. This is of course just the roadside photospot viewpoint - but if you are just doing a long icefields roadtrip with tonnes of little photo stops here and there, this is one of the best!

â TIPS FROM DEV, LINKS & SAFETY
Possible wildlife encounters. Though I've not seen any big wildlife at the lake here before, I have seen a big ol' beaver!
The best light is early morning or late afternoon. However, if you want the best & brightest colour of blue, aim for mid-day when the sun hits the lake high in the sky.
