Lake Louise Campgrounds🏕️
Two large campgrounds, minutes from the famous Lake Louise shoreline. Surrounded by forest and mountain views. It’s one of the best base camps for exploring the Lake Louise area, Moraine Lake, and the Icefields Parkway.
Because this area sits in prime grizzly and black bear habitat, the campground is split into two sections - one for tents and soft-sided units protected by an electric fence, and one for hard-sided RVs.

✅ TIPS FROM DEV, LINKS & SAFETY
Pack bear spray and store food properly - you are in bear country.
Great home base for nearby trails in and around the Lake Louise area. Check my map pins for lots more hiking and activity ideas.
The campground is VERY popular in the summer, so I highly recommend to reserve in advance through the Banff Camping site (link above).
