Rampart Creek Campground🏕️

If you want a quieter Icefields campground, Rampart Creek is a pretty nice spot. It’s backs onto the North Saskatchewan River with wide valley and mountain views. You’re also only about a 12 minute drive from The Crossing Resort, so easy to get basic supplies if you are low.

✅ TIPS FROM DEV, LINKS & SAFETY

• This is a prime pick for summer, so I’d reserve ahead to be safe (link above), especially for weekends.

• This whole stretch is prime wildlife territory. Use the food lockers, keep a clean site, keep your distance from wildlife, and carry bear spray.

• Trailer/RV heads up: Pay attention to that 8 metre length limitation on some sites when booking so you don't roll in and realize you can't fit where you thought you could. Some spots are 8m max, some are 10m max.
