From heritage cedar cabins to upscale riverfront chalets with stone fireplaces and private sun decks looking straight at the water.

It has that pure Rockies getaway feeling where you can sip your morning coffee on the porch while watching maybe getting lucky with elk graze nearby, or listening to the river flow past. Plus, having Becker’s Gourmet Restaurant on-site means you get top-tier fine dining with views of Kerkeslin Mountain towering at 2956 metres.

• Bring a good book, some boardgames, a headlamp, and slippers for classic cabin nights by the fire.

• Book your dinner reservations at Becker's Gourmet Restaurant well in advance. It's very popular with both locals and non guests.

• You are in a prime wildlife corridor heavily frequented by grizzly bears, black bears, and moose etc. Keep your bear spray handy even on short walks and store food properly.
