This is an isolated in native bush and plunges 6 metres into a large pool below. You can observe the falls at its base and you can also opt to take another track to the upper tier. The 400 metres return track is quite narrow and there are a few steps to walk down as you get closer to Morwell River Falls.

How to get there:

Access the walk to the waterfall from the roadside turnout on Morwell River Road (look for signage on your right). There are no facilities here except a picnic table. It's a 2.5 hour drive from Melbourne and a 30 minute drive from Mirboo North.

Elise's Tips:

In Summer this would be a great spot to swim if you can brave the cold so bring your bathers just in case. The trail can get quite muddy in the wetter months so just make sure you wear shoes you don't mind getting dirty.
