You can get to the top of this mountain by driving a relatively wide and smooth road all the way to the top. The road was built initially in the 80’s when NATO put a radar station there on top. There you can enjoy some incredible views towards the Hornstrandir Nature Reserve. Some people say you can see all the way to Greenland from up there, but physics do not agree. In June and July come in the evening to see the midnight sun bounce on the horizon before rising back up.
