This is an incredibly scenic route, especially between Betty's Bay and Gordon's Bay you'll find stunning views of the ocean and picturesque beaches. Believe me, we wanted to stop every 100 meters to take a picture and soak it all in. South Africa has tons of scenic drives to offer but the R44 on this stretch is definitely one of my favourites!
