Ray's Cafe and Patisserie is a great little spot right in the heart of Darwin’s CBD and the perfect place to fuel up before a big day of exploring. The portions here are generous, the food is packed with flavour, and the vibe is relaxed. We ordered the loaded croissant and the bacon waffles and both were absolutely delicious.

The space itself is spacious, with a cute leafy courtyard that makes it a lovely place to sit and enjoy your meal. They also have a great selection of fresh pastries and make really tasty sandwiches, which we grabbed to take away for our road trip into Litchfield National Park.
