Oyster Stacks is one of the most popular spots in Exmouth to snorkel straight from the shore, and for good reason. While the entry can be a bit tricky with sharp rocks and a rocky shoreline, it’s definitely worth the effort. The coral here is some of the most vibrant we’ve seen, and the marine life is incredible . We spotted plenty of turtles resting along the sandy ocean floor and tucked away among the coral.

Just make sure to time your visit with the high tide. Snorkelling at low tide can damage the coral and makes the entry even harder. It's best to check the tide times before heading out.

Oyster Stacks is located within the national park so standard park entry fees apply. It costs $17 per vehicle or you can purchase a WA All Park Pass for $130 which gives you unlimited entry to any WA park for 12 months.
