Camp Cove Beach is a small, sheltered harbour beach with calm water and postcard perfect views across Sydney Harbour. It’s a great spot for an easy swim, especially if you’re after somewhere protected from the waves. Right by the beach you’ll find a handy little kiosk selling coffee, snacks, and ice creams, which is perfect for a low key beach day without much planning.

To the right of the beach, there’s a coastal trail that winds along the headland where you can explore the rocks and other hidden coves. Continue all the way to the end to reach the lighthouse, with open views over the bay and Manly in the distance. On the left side of the beach, there’s also a viewing platform overlooking the cove, making it a great spot for photos or to simply sit back and take it all in.

Parking here can be extremely difficult. There’s only a tiny car park and street parking is limited, so if you’re planning to spend the day here, I’d recommend arriving early or avoiding weekends.
