The Sydney Opera House is one of the most iconic landmarks in the world, located right on the edge of Sydney Harbour. Its unique design makes it instantly recognisable, and it’s a must see while you’re in Sydney. For a closer look at the Opera house, you can catch a show, take a guided tour, or even book dinner at Bennelong which is in the restaurant located inside. I highly recommend it!
The Opera house can be viewed from a variety of different angles, and Opera Bar is one of my favourites. If you go early in the morning, you’ll have the whole place to yourself, making it the perfect time to take some photos. Opera Bar is also a great place to grab lunch and a drink, but make sure you book, as it can get quite busy.
If you’re looking for a unique view of the Opera House, make your way past the Opera House and towards the Australian Rockery Lawn. Here you’ll get some very unique views with the Opera House and Harbour Bridge in the background. During Spring there are also flowers on the lawn which you can use to add a pop of colour into your photos.
If you want to get some photos of the Opera House with the famous Sydney Harbour, head towards the Park Hyatt Sydney located directly across from the Opera House. Here you get some of the best undisturbed views, and can even watch all the ferry’s pass by.
