Although Mission Beach might not have the whitest sand, it's laid-back tropical vibe and long stretch of golden sand lined with palm trees is what makes it so beautiful. It's the ultimate place to explore and take dreamy island photos beneath the palms. There are even some low palms where you can climb and walk along for some additional photos. I personally don't swim at the beaches in Northern Queensland due to the crocs, although swimming here is allowed. Just make sure you're aware of the risks and follow the rules of any signage nearby.
