Litchfield Safari Camp is the perfect place to base yourself while exploring Litchfield National Park. It is just an eight-minute drive from Wangi Falls, which makes it ideal if you want to visit the falls at sunrise or catch the golden glow at sunset.

There are a few different accommodation options to suit all budgets, including cabins and powered or unpowered sites. Our favourite, and the room we stayed in, was one of their glamping safari tents. It was the perfect spot to come back to and unwind after a big day of exploring. The tents are cosy and spacious, with their own shower, toilet, air-conditioning and even a small kitchenette. It was such a treat being able to prep and cook our own meals for our time in the national park.
