Scotts Head is a little gem that many travellers miss as they make their way up and down the East Coast. It's a very small surf town with two trendy cafes and a caravan park, perfect for a night or two. Scotts Head lookout is also the perfect place to check the morning surf or watch the sunrise over the headland.

If you're looking for a spot to spend the day with your furry friend, head to the beach entrance at the end of the caravan park on West St. Here dogs are allowed all day, unlike the main section of the beach where they're only allowed before 8am.
