Borradale Stanley is everything you could imagine from a cosy farm house retreat in Tasmania. It's situated at the top of a hill overlooking the historic town of Stanley with an uninterrupted view of the Stanley Nut. Every window in the house also has an amazing view and it felt like we were in a painting. The owners have done such an incredible job keeping the rustic charm of the old farmstead while adding beautiful finishing touches of luxury. At times it felt so surreal and felt like we were transported back in time a hundred years.

My absolute favourite feature is the cosy outdoor fire area that overlooks the ocean and the stunning Stanley Nut. As you can imagine, spending sunset here is such magical experience. The rustic bathtub with massive open windows was another standout feature of the property. This is the ultimate tranquil retreat where you can immerse yourself in the charm of rural Tasmania. Staying at Borradale and checking out Stanley was the highlight of our Tasmania trip and was such a memorable experience.
