Twin Falls is a magical waterfall where two streams of water cascade down mossy cliffs into a crystal clear pool below. I didn't have any expectations at first, but decided to visit anyway after checking out the nearby Purling Brook Falls and was so glad I did! It quickly became one of my favourite stops in Springbrook National Park. The waterfall isn't as high as others, but I love that you can walk behind the falls and experience a curtain of water flowing in front of you. The surrounding lush rainforest and rock formations also create a peaceful and secluded atmosphere.

Twin Falls is a 4km return hike that you can start from the Tallanbana picnic area, and will take you roughly 1.5 hours to complete. It's great to pair this waterfall with Purling Brook as they are located within 10 minutes of each other.
