Contos is a stunning and expansive stretch of beach that feels wild and untouched. On calm days, it’s the perfect place to spend the day swimming in the vibrant blue water or just lounging on the sand with a view that stretches for ages. The beach has a raw, rugged beauty that makes you feel like you've stumbled upon a hidden corner of the coast. You'll definitely want to visit when the weather conditions are nice, as this beach can get very rough and windy.

As you drive down towards the shoreline, there are a few lookouts and walking paths along the way that offer incredible views of the surrounding cliffs and ocean. The road in is unsealed, and while it can get a little bumpy in places, it’s still accessible for most vehicles if you take it slow. It's definitely worth the effort for the untouched coastal views once you get there.
